The Ingredients
All flours used in our bread and pastries is milled locally at
Lindley Mills, Saxapahaw, NC. Along with mostly organic flours, we use charcoal
filtered water. We also use honey and molasses as sweeteners,
fresh yeast, corn oil, fresh eggs, fresh potatoes, sea salt, rolled oats
and other natural ingredients typically not found in larger wholesale
bakeries. we do not use preservatives, conditioners, and other
questionable chemicals which are needed for a longer shelf-life but
which detract from the taste and wholesomeness of the product.
