Community Involvement We realize we are not separate from our customers and neighbors in
Durham and the rest of North Carolina. Rather than exploiting our
relationships we try to give back as much as we receive.
We practice
recycling and try to use environmentally friendly supplies in our
bakery. We
are a key employer for Threshold, a Durham clubhouse for the emotionally
impaired. We also work with other peace and justice organizations.
